We are seeking freshers who are interested in building a career as a call center agent . As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will interact with customers to identify their needs, resolve their queries, and provide them with a satisfactory solution. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and responding to customer emails and chats
• Identifying and resolving customer queries and issues
• Providing information about products and services to customers
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Escalating issues to the relevant departments when necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good typing speed and computer literacy
• Availability to work in shifts (including night shifts if required)
