Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all tools to be used are available, in proper condition, and ready for use prior to the start of a paint job.
2. Degrease the surface using degreasers and microfiber clothes prior to applying any paint.
3. Conduct a thorough Inspection of the helmet shells to verify their model and size.
4. Conduct an Inspection of the shell surface for pinholes, scratches, and ensure it is even.
5. Review the color reference of the product before mixing colors.
6. Prepare the colors and necessary corrections by mixing them according to the project’s requirements, ensuring their compatibility with the specifications.
7. Enhance the visibility of the helmets design by reproducing the graphic design through masking, creating lines, shading, and adding line tapes.
8. Collaborate with the Graphic Department to ensure the design meets the required standards of quality.
9. Verify the finished paint to ensure it matches the reference artwork design.
10. Hand over the helmet to the quality controller for inspection and make any necessary changes if required.
11. Transfer the painted helmet to the Final Assembly Department.
12. Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
13. Comply with the health and safety measures by wearing the proper Personal Protective Equipment (goggles, gloves, overalls, and masks) prior to initiating work.
Requirements:
· High school certificate or its equivalent.
· Basic mathematics skills.
· Minimum one (1) year experience in a similar field.
· Able to communicate in written and spoken English.
· Knowledge of different paint materials and how to select, mix, and apply them.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
· Willingness to learn.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
· Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Pay: From BD210.000 per month
