We are looking for an ELV Supervisor to join our team of talented professionals.

- Diploma/Education in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- 5+ Years of experience in the field of ELV.
- Good communication skills
- Leadership capabilities
- Ability to supervise a team of technicians
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicates regularly with all technicians concerning issues.
- Assign tasks and projects to team members, prioritizing workloads and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance to ensure adequate working conditions.
- Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improvements in solving related problems.
- Manage resources such as equipment, materials, and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, particularly regarding safety protocols and quality standards.
- Tracks, analyzes and improves key service levels in compliance with customer guidelines
