We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is also willing to support with Procurement and Finance activities.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is also willing to support with Procurement and Finance activities.
Job Description
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Support the development of risk assessments and safety plans.
- Participate in HSE training sessions and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Maintain HSE records and documentation.
- Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes.
- Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and managing supplier relationships.
- Support the finance team with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
- Help with budget tracking and expense management.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Basic understanding of HSE regulations and practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Previous experience in HSE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- This role is only open for Bahraini nationals.
