• Oversee daily operations on the precast installation site.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate with managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise the installation of precast concrete components.
• Ensure that installation is performed in compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect precast elements for quality and integrity before installation.
• Lead and manage the installation crew, including subcontractors.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on installation techniques and safety procedures.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols on-site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Monitor the quality of precast elements and installation workmanship.
• Address and rectify any issues or defects in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality checks, and site conditions.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and other contractors.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, issues, and changes.
• Document site conditions, delays, and any incidents.
• Identify and resolve issues related to installation, site conditions, or project requirements.
• Develop solutions to overcome challenges and minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of installation activities, site conditions, and safety inspections.
• Prepare and submit reports as required

Pay: BD150.000 - BD200.000 per month
