Position Summary:
We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee HVAC projects, with a specific focus on chilled water systems. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project execution —planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance — while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project execution —planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance — while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC project execution, including the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of HVAC systems such as chilled water systems.
- Develop project timelines and resource plans to ensure efficient allocation of materials, labor, and equipment.
- Manage and coordinate teams of engineers, subcontractors, and technicians, ensuring seamless communication and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, develop budgets, and monitor project expenditures to ensure financial control.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress, conduct inspections, and ensure all work meets industry standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare and present progress reports, budget updates, and work inspection requests (WIR) to senior management.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover to ensure optimal system performance and smooth client acceptance.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience managing HVAC projects, particularly involving chilled water systems, pumps, valves, and related components.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- CRPEP license in Bahrain is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water piping, installation standards, cost estimation, and budgeting.
