Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchase Supervisor to join our procurement team and help manage our purchasing operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the purchasing process for all hotel supplies, equipment, and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with various departments to forecast purchasing needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
• Supervise and train purchasing staff to enhance their skills and efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
