Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchase Supervisor to join our procurement team and help manage our purchasing operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the purchasing process for all hotel supplies, equipment, and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with various departments to forecast purchasing needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
- Supervise and train purchasing staff to enhance their skills and efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
