Restaurant Manager

- Supervise the restaurant cleanliness, maintaining the restaurant ambience at it standards, building rapport with guests and maintaining a cordial and cooperative team atmosphere.
- Manage complete restaurant administrative, financial and reporting aspects including monitoring stock levels and availability of supplies.
- Manage food and beverage operation by closely monitoring opening, operating and closing procedures, planning outlet budgets.
- Supervising overall restaurant maintenance and reporting any technical issues to the concerned department at the earliest.
- Supervising the kitchen operations and ensuring adherence to food safety standards and health regulations.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Manage and develop team by fairly delegating tasks and responsibilities, monitoring employee skills and overall performance for promotion or improvement, provide regular training while incorporating evidence based feedback to improve service standards.
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: BD500.000 - BD700.000 per month
