Job Title: Sales Executive - Aluminum and Steel
Location: Bahrain
Job Summary:
We are seeking an aggressive and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Aluminum and Steel sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Aluminum and Steel industry.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
3. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
4. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Customer Management:
1. Build and maintain rapport with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
4.Meet up customer at site, understand customer requirements and pick up measurements.
5. Prepare site measurement reports along with photos.
6.Negotiate project price with customer and obtain approval.
Product Knowledge and Marketing:
1. Develop in-depth knowledge of Aluminum and Steel products and applications.
2. Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
3. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Administrative Tasks:
1. Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate sales records.
2. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analytics.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production) to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the Aluminum and Steel industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to travel (up to 20%) for customer meetings and industry events.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., construction, manufacturing, automotive).
2. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
3. Professional certifications (e.g., CPSA, CPM).
4. Familiarity with Aluminum and Steel industry-specific software.
