Job Title: Senior Hair Stylist
Location: Galali, Muharraq-Bahrain

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level hair services, including expert haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Lead consultations with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences.
• Mentor and train junior stylists, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry advancements.
• Maintain an immaculate and organized workstation and salon environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the salon.
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, with at least 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of current hair trends and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
