The Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sushi Chef de Partie

• Expert level of knife skills and eye for detail

• High level of experience working in busy sushi sections

• Easily able to switch between work on maki/sushi/sashimi/nigiri sections

• Eye for detail and ability to create premium sushi platters

• The desire to learn, improve, develop, and grow

• An engaged and collaborative team player

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to multi-task, is flexible and agile

• Consistently performs at ones best
