Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing activities of the purchasing department.
• Help prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Review, compare, and analyze products and services to be purchased.
• Assist in managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Help maintain and update supplier information, such as qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.
• Maintain good supplier relations and assist in negotiating contracts.
• Assist in researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Prepare and send LPO reports updated with invoices.
• Assist in preparing budgets, cost analyses, and procurement reports.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a procurement assistant or in a similar role.
• Must be Bahraini Nationality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, engineering, business management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.

Pay: BD500.000 - BD700.000 per month
