Starts in the Technology & Transformation practice, in the Engineering, AI & Data portfolio where we are looking to strengthen our Managed Analytics team with an AI Product Engineer. The Managed Analytics team is a dynamic and highly skilled team responsible for the design, development and operations of production-grade AI and data business solutions. We deliver innovative AI solutions to solve complex business problems, while ensuring they are high-quality and industrialized to be smoothly operated (upgrades, maintenance, ...) for many years.

As an AI Product Engineer in our team, you will:

Be part of a team of young and motivated AI & data experts
Build and implement products using state of the art technologies, to solve complex business challenges
Use state-of-the-art technologies based on our Elevate AI methodology, a combination of technology, people and processes through which we build and operate fully industrialised, production-grade solutions
Work on various data & (Gen)AI projects to design, develop and deploy (depending on your expertise):

Solution architecture

Generative & traditional AI models and algorithms

Data pipelines and data transformations

Rest APIs

Big data and advanced application logic Etc.

Work together with our industry and functional experts, with whom we are co-creating our products
Lead workstreams, coach & inspire the junior members, and perform code quality reviews
Be in contact with our clients and build long-lasting relationships
Use your expertise to support in business development

Let’s talk about you, what makes you super relevant for our team?

You have 3+ years of experience working in large teams to build industrialised data and AI applications
You have strong experience in Python application development
You know and apply the best practices of software engineering
You know the cloud (AWS, Azure) fundamentals and have hands-on experience
Experience with Kubernetes, Java Script / React, machine learning (Py Torch, Tensor Flow) or Generative AI (LLM and RAG) is a strong plus
You have a good knowledge on agile ML/Dev(Sec)Ops development
You have a passion for technology, data and analytics and want to excel in it
You have the ambition to gradually grow towards a managing role
You are a team player and have good communication skills
You have experience in coaching junior team members
You are energized by building good client relationships
You are open to work in an international environment and collaborate with near- and offshore teams
You obtained a master’s degree in IT, or have equivalent work experience
You are fluent in English and in Dutch or French
