Ce que vous allez faire

• You will be responsible for providing data-driven tools and recommendations to both Sourcing teams (National Brands & Own Brands)
• You collaborate closely with key sourcing decision makers to strengthen the definition of strategic objectives.
• Your primary responsibility will be to leverage insights derived from data analysis to define and optimize sourcing strategies, streamline procurement processes, and empower informed decision-making within these teams. You’ll achieve this by developing and maintaining future proof models that convert data into dynamic dashoards for all buyers.
• Additionally, you’ll conduct thorough analyses for specific projects and act as the liaison between National Brands team & Own Brands team, as well build on strong collaboration with other departments (category management, pricing, supply chain, business intelligence, retail, stores, …)
• You’ll manage your network within the company, maintain close contact with peers/stakeholders to understand the business needs and the full landscape of current or future (local & regional) projects with the purpose to identify potential best practices, shared approaches.
• Finally, you’ll also define and oversee the collaboration between the affiliated store network and Sourcing teams, in order to maximize effect of negotiations with suppliers in a B2B2C environment, and to guarantee the margin commitment towards this network.

Qui êtes-vous ?

• You have at least 3 years of experience in FMCG retail/business consulting (performance, data analysis, strategy)
• You hold a Master degree in business administration or equivalent by experience
• You are data driven and an advanced user of information technology tools such as Excel, Visual Basic, Power BI
• You have strong analytical skills, can quickly adapt to daily commercial dynamics
• You possess strong communication skills, dare to connect with other stakeholders, someone who can persuade Sourcing Managers with your own vision
• You are results-driven and see opportunities for improvements
• You can handle strict deadlines
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French, and English
