A Day in the Life of…
As a Barista, you will be at the heart of our café and hotel, ensuring our guests enjoy their coffee and beverage experience to the fullest. Your role will focus on creating a welcoming environment while delivering top-notch service and perfectly crafted drinks.
Your role will also include:

• Taking and preparing orders with precision and care, from freshly brewed coffee to specialty drinks, ensuring each guest receives exceptional service in line with our brand standards.
• Maintaining a well-organized and clean workspace, while also assisting in the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar areas.
• Collaborating with your team to ensure seamless service across all shifts, keeping communication strong to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
• Upholding brand values and serving as an ambassador for our establishment.
• Ensuring stock control is well-managed, and all necessary items are available to maintain smooth operations.

What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in FB, preferably in a branded property.
You must have excellent communication skills.
