Responsibilities:

One day as an Expleo Business Analyst

Manage business requests, including RFI's, RFCs, and business cases.
Engage with business stakeholders to clarify their requirements.
Collaborate with IT stakeholders to assess impact and propose solutions (architects, IT support, suppliers, etc.).
Utilize modeling techniques and methods to analyze and document business processes.
Analyze and document functional needs.
Document deliverables requested in the last Audit Recommendations, including processes and data flows.
Contribute to the development of tests for validating changes.
Ensure the quality of deliveries before business testing commences.
Provide support to IT and business as needed.
Possibility of a role in Data Analysis using tools like Power BI and Tableau.

Experience:

What are our key selection criteria for joining the Expleo Business Analysts team?

Hold a University Degree in IT, engineering, or an equivalent field
Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in Sales or Finance activities
Familiarity with BPMN modeling techniques and methods
Strong proficiency in CRM and ERP tools
Expertise in data reporting using MS-Excel
Knowledge of Sales Force, including Sales, CPQ, and Billing modules
Understanding of Lean-Six Sigma and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
Possess strong analytical thinking skills
Problem-solving
Capable of working independently
Proficient in English, and either French or Dutch
