Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Investment Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions, driving the enhancement and optimization of investment processes in the Retail and Private Banking sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with in-depth expertise in financial areas.
- Analysing business needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Write business requirements and functional specifications.
- Carrying out impact analyses and detailing business, regulatory, legal and process requirements.
- Working closely with the teams during relevant Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
- Implementing innovative changes and applying best practices to ensure the transformation of business processes.
- Propose solutions for simplifying processes, solving problems, improving or re-engineering processes.
- Gathering, understanding and challenging the needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
- At least 3 years of relevant experience covering regulatory topics
- Proven experience in business analysis and transforming innovative concepts into concrete functionalities.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Proven track record in business analysis, transforming innovative concepts into actionable features.
- In-depth knowledge of investment processes, including contracting and the advice cycle.
- Experience working within the Retail and Private Banking sectors.
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, motivated, excellent communicator, autonomous, analytical mind, time management skills, team spirit, proactive.
- In-depth knowledge of investment processes, including contracting and the advisory cycle.

Design and deployment of a Retail Invest execution-only platform:
Over multiple years, Dyna Fin supported one of the largest Belgian retail banks in designing a new execution-only platform. This included strategy definition (target audience, products, software platform, and operating model), software partner selection, business and functional requirements documentation, and project delivery for a successful Go Live.

Design and deployment of new Invest digital reporting solutions for private banking clients:
For a leading private bank in Belgium, Dyna Fin analyzed existing digital reporting tools, assessed customer requirements, benchmarked market standards, and proposed new solutions. This project delivered upgraded reporting tools for clients to access detailed investment portfolio performance and strategy information.

Impact analysis and implementation of MIFID II regulation:
As a key regulation in investment services, MIFID II aims to protect investors and enhance transparency. Dyna Fin assists clients in analyzing the impact of this evolving regulation, managing projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Nearshoring of front-to-back Investment processing:
Dyna Fin supported a multi-year nearshoring program for a major Belgian bank, optimizing investment processes. Our team assisted in upskilling nearshore teams, defining oversight control functions, and documenting the target operating model.
