• Gather and clarify information from different stakeholders (clients, commercial network, compliance & legal, …) and define the best possible, innovative solutions.
• Translate this into detailed requirements for IT.
• Proactively manage projects: planning, communication, follow-up, etc. and ensure a smooth go live process.
• Identify and manage risks and potential issues across teams.
• Test and validate the newly developed solutions to ensure a qualitative delivery.
• Work close together with relevant project stakeholders (Architects, Product Owners, Feature Engineers and Customer Journey Experts).

• 5 Years of experience in project environment, having good knowledge of identifying stakeholder needs and translating this into requirements which can be interpreted and executed by IT teams.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and can find creative ways of driving progress and removing impediments.
• Experience working in a digital environment.
• Experience within the Investments domain, the Life insurance domain or in asset management.
• Experience with an agile way of working is a plus.
• Good communication skills (English is a must, and knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong plus), strong communication skills (telling – selling) across different skill and seniority levels.
