Job Description:
Within the telecom domain consulting division, Infosys is seeking a senior level business analyst/solution designer and Consulting Professional able to interact effectively with Client executives to define requirements for Service Assurance including OSS assurance, ITIL, FCAPS, WFM with cross functional teams for implementation.

As a Solution designer, you will be responsible for creating component design and implementation of workflows with exposure to COTS products with the highest quality and within defined timelines in Scaled Agile delivery framework.

As a Business Analyst role, you will be responsible to work with business stake holder for requirement elicitation and converting business requirement to solution user stories and within defined timelines in Scaled Agile delivery framework.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Elicitation, collaborating with stakeholders to holistically gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Mapping out existing and future workflows, gap analysis and ingeniously crafting solutions to invigorate processes.
• Work in client-facing roles to contribute towards the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex and large-scale technology solutions.
• Clearly document the risk ahead of time and highlight the impact with preferred solution required for solution.
• Lead and manage resources at on-shore, off-shore from technology perspective; able to work with architects, designers & developers
• Stakeholder management – Ability to work with architects, designers & developers
• Creation of documents - BRDs , FSDs

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in working with Telecom clients in the role of solution design/consulting /Business Analyst
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in design and development experience on Net Cracker Order Management Suite (7.3 or above).
• Strong understanding of Net Cracker TOMS modules such as Service Order Management, Service/ Resource Inventory, Product Management, Customer Management, OPF, CBTUI, RDB.
• Should have knowledge of E2E Enterprise Business.
• Experienced in the areas of OSS/BSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers which can enable effective capturing of requirements.
• Should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworks (e TOM, TAM, SID)
• Should have experience in defining the process, business requirements and system requirements in Fulfilment area of Telecom process.
• Telecom understanding on Service Assurance including OSS assurance, ITIL, FCAPS, WFM understanding.
• Net Cracker POC, OE-OM, RBM experience required to work the solution design required for OSS asks.
• Proficient in Requirements Elicitation, collaborating with stakeholders to holistically gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Well versant with Data Analysis techniques
• Proficient in Mapping out existing and future workflows, gap analysis and ingeniously crafting solutions to invigorate processes.
• Stakeholder management
• Well versed in creation of documents - BRDs , FSDs
• Well versed in working in agile environment
• Ability able to create end to end traceability and review test cases, HLD and processes
• Ability to use standard techniques to investigate, analyse and document requirements
