We have strong growth ambitions, both in growing locations and expanding into different markets. With this reason, we are looking for a driven and French speaking Business Development Executive for Wallonia and France.
This role reports to the Business Development Director working from the Netherlands. Together, you will play a crucial role in achieving the objectives for our brand Un Lit au Pré.
Key responsibilities:

• Identifying potential locations
• Negotiating and concluding contracts
• Setting and achieving targets
• Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships leading to increased leads and network growth
• Monitor emerging markets and trends
• Advise on the development of customer-focused web platforms
• Represent the company at industry and networking events, increasing profile and reach
• As a Business Development Executive, you will be on the road a lot in Wallonia and France

Key qualifications and skills:

• French speaking
• Strong in building lasting relationships
• Result-oriented and driven
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to communicate in an accessible and concise manner
• Knowledge of the industry and sector (holiday rentals, hospitality, agricultural sector)
• Good knowledge of the English language due to an international working environment
• Enthusiasm and sincerity
• Preferably residing in Wallonia

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in business development
