Business Development Manager SEA

Job description
  • Deliver exceptional support to existing customers and new prospects by:
    • Managing inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
    • Preparing and sharing quotations and business proposals.
    • Overseeing order delivery to ensure a smooth process.
    • Keeping customer records well-organized and up-to-date.
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for key focus countries within the region.
  • Report weekly on customer and prospect developments.
  • Identify and connect with new leads and key market stakeholders.
  • Drive sales growth in Southeast Asia.
  • Assist in managing the logistics hub, including warehouse operations and coordinating inbound/outbound transport.

Profile
  • You have a driven, ambitious intrapreneurial spirit, a market-oriented mindset and strong business insight.
  • You are curious and enjoy learning about technical products and their potential applications. A technical background is a plus!
  • You are a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • You have a strong sense of autonomy, take ownership of your responsibilities and get the job done.
  • You are extremely organized and work in a structured, efficient way.
  • You are punctual, disciplined and diligent in following up with prospects and customers.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales.
  • You are fluent in Mandarin and English.
