Job description

Deliver exceptional support to existing customers and new prospects by:
- Managing inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
- Preparing and sharing quotations and business proposals.
- Overseeing order delivery to ensure a smooth process.
- Keeping customer records well-organized and up-to-date.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for key focus countries within the region.
- Report weekly on customer and prospect developments.
- Identify and connect with new leads and key market stakeholders.
- Drive sales growth in Southeast Asia.
- Assist in managing the logistics hub, including warehouse operations and coordinating inbound/outbound transport.
Profile
- You have a driven, ambitious intrapreneurial spirit, a market-oriented mindset and strong business insight.
- You are curious and enjoy learning about technical products and their potential applications. A technical background is a plus!
- You are a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong sense of autonomy, take ownership of your responsibilities and get the job done.
- You are extremely organized and work in a structured, efficient way.
- You are punctual, disciplined and diligent in following up with prospects and customers.
- You have 5+ years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales.
- You are fluent in Mandarin and English.
