Manufacturing & Engineering (Quality) Internship – GMP improvements and Validation of cleaning and sanitization procedures

We are looking for you, an ambitious Bachelor’s or Master’s student (m/f), to support our department by doing an internship project in for our location in Seneffe, Belgium.

The department that will welcome you is part of the Consumer Solutions Business specialized in the production of Silicones Antifoam, Emulsions and Sealants (Quality department)

Project description

The objective of the work is to gather/collect information and data about cleaning and sanitization steps. Create validation reports for the cleaning processes and help Seneffe Site to improve its cleaning procedures. This initiative comes in the general GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) improvement program. Main tasks will consist in :

Collecting samples from the production units
Organize testing with internal labs
Analyze date
Generate validation reports
Generate/suggest improvement and solutions for better cleaning efficiency
Analyze microbial contamination risks
Participate in the global GMP improvement program (including different topics, not only cleaning improvement)

Qualifications

You are currently studying for a bachelor or master’s degree
You have a good working knowledge of English and French.

You can start beginning of 2025 for a period of 6 months (exact timing to be discussed based on availability).
