Our colleagues in the Revenue Growth & Category Management Benelux team are looking for a new Category Manager. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Zaventem head office while giving you the flexibility to work where works best for you.
As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to lead the Customer Category Management for the Belgium and Luxembourg.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Track category performance and market trends – analyse category & assortment performance, as well as market trends, for customer business reviews and internal presentations.
Develop our customer assortment – in line with our Kellanova channel and portfolio growth strategies, support customers in their assortment and planograms decisions & build long-term customer relationship.
Trade stories & category vision – in collaboration with marketing, sales and revenue growth management departments, build and present our business plans to our customers.
Build the assortment of the future – support the development of new assortment by bringing your market expertise to the category and marketing teams.
Panel data management – build, update and maintain market performance dashboards, including being the direct point of contact with panel data & local research agencies (Nielsen, Gfk…)
We’re Looking for Someone With
Education - Master’s degree in business
Languages - Fluent in English and or French and Dutch
Minimum 2 years in FMCG within the BENELUX market with experience in Key Account/ National Account Management or Category Management
Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and excellent organizational abilities
Storytelling, communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge of P&L management (Net Sales Values, Gross Profit)
Full drivers license
