We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Lead to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Large ERP systems implementation experience (like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.)
• Fluency in English, French, and German is required (or proficiency in two of these languages for bilingual candidates).
• Proven experience in change management, with a focus on end-user readiness and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs and communication materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in change management is a plus.
• Experience in working within international and multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of industry-specific change management practices.

Responsibilities

• End User Readiness: Develop and implement strategies to ensure that end users are prepared for upcoming changes. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support.
• Stakeholder Mapping: Identify and analyze key stakeholders, understanding their needs and potential impact on the change process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Change Management Planning: Create comprehensive change management plans that include communication, training, and support strategies tailored to different stakeholder groups.
• Communication: Develop clear and concise communication materials to keep all stakeholders informed about changes. Utilize multiple communication channels to ensure messages are effectively delivered.
• Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs that enhance end-user knowledge and skills. Ensure that training is accessible and relevant to diverse user groups.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Track the progress of change initiatives, measure outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to strategies and plans to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and other relevant departments to align change management activities with project timelines and objectives.
