Belgium Office and support our European revenue collections.

What you will be doing

As a Collections Specialist your responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to
customers, answering customers’ questions and issues with invoices. This role also
includes element of general administration regarding customer accounts and invoicing.
You know how to build relationships with customers and maintain them that will allow
you to move faster in the future with them. Also, you keep an eye on current items and
make sure they get handled in time, you do this by keeping up to date the customer data
base.
