Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Hotel Co 51. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

We're seeking a dynamic F&B Manager to join our vibrant team at Moxy Brussels City Center. As the head of our F&B operations, you'll play a pivotal role in filling our restaurant, maximizing revenue, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Your Responsibilities
- People Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing F&B team, encouraging a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Commercial Acumen: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive restaurant awareness and increase customer footfall.
- Revenue Generation: Optimize F&B operations to maximize profitability and achieve revenue targets.
- Menu Evaluation: Continuously assess menu performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Event Management: Coordinate and execute successful F&B events to attract new customers and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
- Networking: Build strong relationships within the local community and hospitality industry to expand the restaurant's reach.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the entire F&B team, including the Hotel Bar and Hotel Restaurant, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest service.
Your Profile
- Proven experience working in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A deep understanding of F&B operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
