MISSION / MISSIE
(F) Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous serez chargé d’assurer les services d’installation et de dépannage de notre parc machine, assurer la maintenance des ces matériels et respecter les engagements contractuels propre à chaque client.
(NL) In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de installatie en reparatie van ons machinepark, zorgt voor het onderhoud van deze apparatuur en respecteert de contractuele verbintenissen specifiek voor elke klant.
RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES / HOOFDVERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

• Valoriser par ses actions et son comportement l’image de l’entreprise.
• Assurer les installations, les entretiens préventifs et remettre en état le matériel du client sur appel de celui-ci.
• Informer le client sur le déroulement de la mission.
• Assurer un « reporting » précis de son activité (qualité de la codification des activités et de la rédaction des documents utilisés).
• Gérer et optimiser les moyens mis à sa disposition.
• Rendre compte de la qualité de son inventaire sur l’ensemble des moyens techniques, logistiques et matériels qui lui sont confiés (stocks, véhicules, PC, PDA,…).
• Etre le/la garant(e) dans l’exécution de sa mission, du respect et de l’application de la politique qualité menée au sein de l’entreprise.
• Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous aurez à compléter des rapports journaliers ainsi que des rapports d'intervention technique.

• Het imago van het bedrijf beschermen door jouw acties en gedrag.
• Zorg dragen voor de installaties, het preventief onderhoud en de reparatie van de apparatuur van de klant op afroep van deze laatste.
• De klant informeren over de voortgang van de activiteiten.
• Zorgen voor nauwkeurige "rapportage" van je activiteit (kwaliteit van het coderen van activiteiten en opstellen van gebruikte documenten).
• Het beheren en optimaliseren van de middelen die je als technieker ter beschikking worden gesteld.
• Rapporteren over de kwaliteit van jouw inventaris over alle technische, logistieke en materiële middelen die jou zijn toevertrouwd (voorraden, voertuigen, PC, PDA, enz.)
• Garant staan bij de uitvoering van je missie, respect en toepassing van het kwaliteitsbeleid dat binnen het bedrijf wordt gevoerd.
• Als onderdeel van je missie moet je zowel dagelijkse rapporten als technische interventierapporten invullen.

COMPETENCES REQUISES/BENODIGDE COMPETENTIES
FORMATION/ OPLEIDING
(F)

• Formation technique avec une expérience professionnelle.
• Formation technique niveau BAC/A1 en électrotechnique, électromécanique, automatique ou similaire par expérience.

(NL)

• Technisch geschoold en werkervaring kunnen aantonen.
• Technische opleiding op BAC/A1 niveau in elektrotechniek, elektromechanica, automatisatie of vergelijkbaar door ervaring.

SAVOIR FAIRE ET SAVOIR ETRE / KNOW-HOW EN KNOW-HOW TO BE
(F)

• Maîtriser tous les paramètres qui influent sur l’activité et qui doivent être pris en considération.
• Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire de type B (Zone de service Benelux, principalement Belgique).
• Développer ses compétences en fonction de l’évolution des matériels et de l’environnement dans lequel il intervient.
• Savoir travailler aussi bien en team que seul.
• Avoir un esprit d’analyse et de curiosité.
• Avoir un bon relationnel.
• Parler couramment le Français et Néerlandais et avoir de bonnes bases en Anglais.

• Beheers alle elementen die de werkzaamheden beïnvloeden en waarmee rekening moet worden gehouden.
• Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B (Service omgeving Benelux, hoofdzakelijk België).
• Ontwikkelen van je vaardigheden op basis van de diversiteit van de apparatuur en de omgevingen waarin je actief zal zijn.
• Weten hoe je zowel in teamverband als alleen kunt werken.
• Een analytisch vermogen en nieuwsgierigheid hebben.
• Het kunnen uitbouwen en onderhouden van relaties.
• Vlotte kennis van het Frans en het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Engels
