Full Stack Developer (Java)

We currently have a vacancy for a Full Stack Developer (Java) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

Development of front-end website architecture and back-end website applications;
Design of user interactions on web pages and creation of servers and databases for functionality;
Implement core business logic while understanding and implementation of security and data protection;
Design responsive applications and develop APIs;
Participating in the design and creation of scalable software and writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end;
Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement;
Cross-platform optimization and maintenance of code integrity and organization;
Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues, write technical documentation.

Requirements

University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 13 years of relevant working experience in IT;
More than 7 years’ experience in JAVA (JEE) technology and Spring;
Strong working experience with one or more of the following: SQL, PL-SQL, Mongo DB, Elasticsearch;
Strong working experience with one or more of the following technologies: React, Vue JS, Angular JS;
Strong working experience with Intelli J, Eclipse/Workshop 10.3, Maven, Ant, GIT, Bamboo, Kafka, Jackson and BPMN;
Strong working experience with Junit, Jasmine, Soap UI, JBoss, Tomcat;
Strong working experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies as well as Jira and Confluence;
Strong work experience with Message Oriented Middleware/Enterprise Service Bus technologies and modern UI paradigms (client-side scripting);
Strong experience with unit and integration testing and automatic testing frameworks, as well as CI/CD (Kubernetes, Docker) and integration tools like Jenkins, Sonar;
Experience with these standards/APIs: XSD, SOAP, JAX-WS, JAXB;
Experience with WS SOAP development on Oracle Web Logic application server and with Oracle middleware products (SOA Suite);
Very good Knowledge of Angular 2+ and micro services and RESTful paradigms;
Experience in object-oriented design and development, reusable components design and development, UML;
Knowledge of Angular 6+, Java 8 and Java 11 will be considered as an asset;
Excellent command of the English language.
