Responsibilities:
One day as an Expleo Developer
- Help to grow our team and bring enterprise development practices to the table
- Evaluate client business challenges and work with the team to arrive at the best-fit technology solution components
- Design, document, develop, test and deploy web applications leveraging the full spectrum of back-end technologies and cutting-edge design patterns
- Collaborate with clients and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Validate and document security requirements for all solutions
What are our key selection criteria for joining Expleo developers' team?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with Java 8+ (Spring Framework is a plus => Spring Boot / Spring Data / Spring Security / Spring Cloud / ...)
- Experience in React / Angular is advantageous
- Experience with designing, implementing, securing and interacting with APIs
- Must have good JDBC / SQL skills
- Experience in concise and isolated tests cases with JUnit and mocking library (TDD is a plus)
- Knowledge on CI-CD, the steps of a pipeline
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git / VCS)
- Mature with Agile Wo W and Scrum ceremonies
- Knowledge about Frontend development is a plus
- Fluent in English, and either French or Dutch
