You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
- Execute the strategy for the customer
- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
- Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

Building best in class relationships with strategic external partners and negotiate best possible deals

Ensure MEU alignment and fit with strategy for international partner/customers

Coaching of two Channel Development mangers
-
Development and follow up of OOH growth strategies including portfolio management & activation
-
Benelux digital commerceteam
-
Benelux peers in Sales (OOH), Marketing & Category planning
-
MEU / Global Digital Commerce
-
Equity teams
-
CS&L
-
Legal
-
5+ years working experience
-
Ability to create a strategic LT growth agenda
-
Experience in Digital Commerce or Digital Marketing
-
Commercial experience in Sales and/or Category Planning
-
Business acumen and commercial skills
-
Selling and negotiating with impact
-
Strong drive for results and ability to get things done
-
Ability to handle complex business challenges and projects
-
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of organization and across markets and cultures

Fluent English / Dutch
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe Gmb H, Switzerland .
