We are now looking for a dedicated Hotel Manager (f/m/d) who not only masters the operational business, but also creates the future of our hotel with vision and commitment.

Your working day includes:
• Ensuring exceptional guest service and the commercial performance of the business
• Develop knowledge of the local corporate market to achieve sales in a competitive environment and maximize on all revenue streams
• Lead and develop a great team across all departments

• Achieve exceptional performance across the key indicators of profit, people and RGI
• Ensure brand values and service behaviors are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment

• Experience in working in a branded hotel, preferably within Accor
• A strong commercial acumen
• Leadership skills and effective communication across all levels
• Experience with opening a hotel
