You will have more than 500 colleagues placed in Belgium, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Hong Kong and a few remote.


Your mission


As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to delve into various aspects of human resources, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies. This internship is designed for individuals who are curious and eager to gain hands-on experience in the diverse facets of HR.

  • Contribute to a comprehensive understanding of HR structures and processes.
  • Draft procedures, reflections, and analyses of HR activities, aiding in decision-making and reporting.
  • Proficient in Excel, analytics, Power Point for creating comprehensive and informative presentations.
  • Organize office/home-working setups and conduct in-depth analyses of prevailing attendance policies.
  • Contribute to job mapping for new organizational structures.
  • Assist in designing modes of remuneration and calculating variable objectives for internal coherence.
  • Back-office support for HR functions.
The assignments may vary according to profile and motivation. We attach great importance to the fact that the trainee can develop his/her potential in the mission entrusted to him/her and that he/she can express him/herself and put his/her innovative ideas into practice.

About YOU


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (student status/internship under school contract).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to various HR projects.
  • Fluency in English and French or Dutch (written and spoken) is preferred.
  • You are available for a minimum of 12 weeks - preferred longer
