Function

As an intern, you will join our dynamic HR department. We are the first point of contact for our employees and are fully responsible for our personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, training and evaluation policy. We characterize ourselves by working generalistically within our team. We would also like to offer you a comprehensive HR internship by providing both aspects of soft and hard HR.
As an HR intern, you will support the HR department in its various practices:

• You support the recruitment and selection process: you work out vacancies and conduct selection interviews with potential employees.
• You offer support in personnel administration: prepartion of contracts, registration of employees, adjustments of personnel files, work accident declarations etc.
• You provide support in performance processing: registration of presences, illnesses and vacations.
• You provide support in daily telephone and mail traffic.
• You come into contact with various blue and white collar profiles.
• Due to our international character you get the opportunity to strengthen your language skills (Dutch, French and English).
• Depending on your interests, you can work on different HR projects:
  
  • "Peter-/meterschap" elaborating
  • Optimizing the onboarding process
  • Optimize flow recruitment process
  • Create a manual around talentfinder

What we expect from you...

• You are a student in Office Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or another similar field.
• You have good writing skills.
• You have a structured, analytical mind and are not afraid of numbers.
• You speak and/or understand Dutch, English and French.
• You are very organized and work accurately.
• You are proactive and are not afraid to take initiatives.
