As an independent hotel booking agency they partner with all kinds of hotels throughout the world to provide their partners, guests and attendees with the best possible tailored solution.Internship
The company is opening an internship vacancy within in its Brussels office. You will assist the Accommodation team in their day to day tasks regarding the congress market. You are going to take care of room rates and revenues, search hotel rooms for future congresses, develop different support and visuals like hotel information cards and manage different administrative tasks.Student profile
The company is looking for a student who is ambitious and creative, shows initiatives and is confident is what he or she knows. You also have strong administrative skills and speak fluent English both verbal and written (the working knowledge of French would be a plus).Field of study

- Taking care of room rates and revenues
- Search hotel rooms for future congresses
- Develop different supports and visuals
- Handle all the administrative tasks before and after the congress
- Manage different administrative tasks

- Strong administrative skills
- A good command of English both verbal and written
- Well organized and creative
- Eye for detail
- Flexible and proactive
