Your Responsibilities:
As an intern in HR Management and in Recruitment, you will dive into diverse roles, including:

• Supporting the recruitment process for consultants
• Handling personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding
• Participating in and deploying the Group’s HR development projects
• Helping in general services and administrative tasks
• Participating in the coaching of our employees

Candidate Profile:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree
• Proficient in French & English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset
• Seeking a comprehensive role with active contribution to an exciting company project
• Willing to be the "right-hand" of the management in a service sector where HR functions are central and highly valuable
• Is looking for a versatile role encompassing all aspects of a generalist and administrative HR function
• Flexible and well-organized, capable of responding swiftly to daily challenges
• Enjoy a high-growth environment with dynamic operations and concrete tasks
