We are seeking a motivated IT Salesperson to join our Sales and Marketing team. As an IT Salesperson, your primary role will be to find and engage potential clients who are looking to develop websites and improve their SEO with Digibo. You will help grow the business by generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated IT Salesperson to join our Sales and Marketing team. As an IT Salesperson, your primary role will be to find and engage potential clients who are looking to develop websites and improve their SEO with Digibo. You will help grow the business by generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients who are interested in website development and SEO services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Digibo’s services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in website development and SEO to better serve customers.
- Provide timely follow-up to ensure clients are satisfied with their services and identify additional sales opportunities.
- High school diploma (no formal qualifications required).
- Passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively pitch and sell digital services, particularly websites and SEO.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and website development (helpful but not required).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Compensation: 20% commission on sales.
- Remote working flexibility.
