REAZN is a multinational company located in Kruisem that is specialized in the recycling of industrial zinc waste. The company has been in full bloom for a few years now. We are the largest producing company in the REAZN GROUP, with a zinc alloy production capacity of 85.000 t yearly.
We are looking for an ambitious and passionate IT/OT Manager to join our team in Belgium (Kruisem).
In view of the further growth and professionalisation of the company, we are looking for a person to lead our IT/OT activities at group level.

Responsibilities:

• • Managing IT/OT team (3 locations), mentoring and developing their skillset.
  • Managing external partners and relations.
  • Design, develop, implement best practices and policies for the organisation.
  • Organize trainings, workshops and awareness sessions in relation to IT for the whole organization.
  • System audits and analysis. Ensure security of data, network access and back-ups and check security on a regular basis.
  • Develop and execute disaster recovery planning and maintain backup data.
  • Oversees all hardware and software applications, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Keep the Digital Blueprint of the group up to date (software, licenses, users, network infrastructure and hardware) according to business needs and budget framework.
  • Assessing opportunities for improvement in group IT/OT infrastructure and organisation.
  • Overseeing and determine timeframes for upgrades, migrations and major IT projects in accordance with business needs.
  • Costs effectiveness and optimization of the IT/OT set-up.
  • Managing annual budget and providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Oversee and coordinate GDPR-compliance for the group.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience of at least 10 years in IT/OT
• Experience in an industrial setting
• Several years experience in managing teams
• Qualification or degree in: science or computer science, Information technology, OT
• GDPR knowledge and experience
• Cybersecurity knowledge
• Language: Dutch and English required. French is a plus.
