Job description
In this challenging role, you will work closely with the Business Unit Manager to support the commercial and product development activities of SIP Protection. You will gradually be trained to play a key role within the company, with a wide range of responsibilities:
- Commercial support and client visits: regularly attend trade shows and events both domestically and internationally, visiting small and medium-sized clients for product presentations, merchandising, and building client relationships. You will ensure that SIP Protection products are well presented and handle order placements.
- Market analysis and product development: you will stay on top of market trends, analyze the competition, and identify opportunities for product innovation. Based on your insights, you will support product development and contribute to the expansion of our product portfolio.
- Growth into key account management: following a successful training period, you will have the opportunity to manage key accounts, expand client relationships, and become the face of SIP Protection in the market. You will play an active role in the further commercial growth of the brand.
Profile
We are looking for a motivated, commercially-minded talent who is eager to learn and grow in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate has:
- A strong interest in or affinity for the forestry, arboriculture, or green sectors.
- Commercial flair and excellent communication skills to build relationships and persuade.
- A keen eye for market trends and product innovation.
- Analytical skills and strong numerical insight.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time).
- Ambition to grow into a more strategic and responsible role within SIP Protection.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
