As a Junior Contract Manager, you will be the client's point of contact and will establish good relations with the client. As part of your role:

A client portfolio within the healthcare sector in which you will focus on:
- the financial follow-up
- the operational functioning
- solution-oriented help

Manning the help desk:
- trying to solve logistical problems
- directing chefs with difficulties
- Periodic training to a smaller group of chefs.
Profiel
- You get energy from helping people, problem solving and interacting with stakeholders (chiefs, directors, regional responsibles)
- You are a real team player and communicate very transparently.
- You’ve a bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality… or a first experience in a similar role. More important than training is the energy and motivation you exude.
- You’re a trendwatcher able to innovate and propose the right solutions.
- You’ve strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple on-site projects simultaneously.
- You are quite extroverted and enjoy speaking in public to train new chefs.
- You’re able to develop creative solutions.
- You’re highly adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re a real communicator and a food lover.
- You’re fluent in Dutch and French.
