You support our team as
Junior Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategy to engage consumers across all digital touchpoints including digital advertising, social media, website, email and e-commerce.
- Lead the Social Media & Community Management strategies in Belgium, the Netherlands & France, manage Social Media platforms (Meta & Tik-Tok) and develop and execute an Influencers strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content and campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Be part of the omnichannel team to align marketing & sales digital investments at E-commerce partners and ensuring SEO best practices.
- Help to Manage the outsourced consumer after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management, preferably from the FMCG or consumer sector.
- Good user of social media & marketing software
- Fluent in French, English and possibly Dutch.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
