• Build and execute strategy to engage consumers across all digital touchpoints including digital advertising, social media, website, email and e-commerce.
• Lead the Social Media & Community Management strategies in Belgium, the Netherlands & France, manage Social Media platforms (Meta & Tik-Tok) and develop and execute an Influencers strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content and campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Be part of the omnichannel team to align marketing & sales digital investments at E-commerce partners and ensuring SEO best practices.
• Help to Manage the outsourced consumer after-sales service.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management, preferably from the FMCG or consumer sector.
• Good user of social media & marketing software
• Fluent in French, English and possibly Dutch.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
