To reinforce our Vitaflo team, Nestlé is looking for a dynamic person for a Junior Marketing & Medical Support Specialist role.

Position Summary

As a Junior Marketing & Medical Support Specialist at Vitaflo, you will play a pivotal role in managing and promoting our product lines across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will be responsible for conducting market research, developing, and executing marketing campaigns, and supporting strategies to grow market share and enhance our brand reputation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the timely and successful launch of new products and marketing initiatives.

Important: this is a marketing function that requires medical dietetic knowledge.

A day in the life of a Jr. Marketing & Medical Support Specialist

Conducting market research to gather data on consumers, competitors, and market trends.
Analyzing clinical evidence, collected scientific data and compiling actionable reports and presentations.
Assisting in the development and implementation of digital media strategies.
Translating brand strategies into go-to-market plans and positioning.
Creating and adapting sales tools and communication materials for different stakeholders (healthcare professionals, patients, government bodies, distributors and others).
Managing the stock levels of marketing and sales materials.
Coordinating with external marketing agencies to ensure timely delivery of creative work.
Drafting and editing communication copies for newsletters, social media posts, and other platforms.
Measuring and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns against set objectives.

What will make you successful

Bachelor or master’s degree in the (para)medical field, or equivalent by experience.
Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
A proactive and cooperative attitude with strong initiative and results focus.
Excellent marketing skills, with a good understanding of market and business environments.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform market research and SWOT analysis.
High creativity with the ability to think outside the box.
Flexibility and the ability to quickly adjust to changing business priorities.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
First experience in marketing, particularly within the healthcare sector.
