Your responsibilities as Junior Project Manager

• You collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to understand customer business processes, system requirements and business objectives.
• You organize the delivery of strategic solutions, system and process improvements through an Agile, iterative process.
• You gain experience leading key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, rollout planning, developing training plans, change management, and other support as needed.
• You coordinate internal end-user team to complete Data Migration, validation, training, and successful implementation.
• You will plan and organize independently, ensuring project timelines and milestones are met using appropriate project management tools.

Your profile as Junior Project Manager

• Affinity with implementation and project management of ERP software systems or similar implementation projects.
• ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Terms like Agile, Scrum, Steerco sound familiar to you.
• Interest in designing and creating implementation process flow.
• You are interested in learning to identify, diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues, problem escalation and to track solution with your organizational and analytical skills.
• Interest in working directly with end users and customer executives to successfully complete complex systems or application projects.
• Excellent decision making, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
• Team player, with strong interpersonal skills, and adept at developing collaborative relationships.
• Self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing responsibilities.
