As a team member of the Department Finance and Supporting Services at Business Unit Level, you will be working on projects related to our Productivity Measurement System (“PROMESYS”), which requires a strong operational link.
As Promesys is commonly used within our Business Unit, we are looking for a team member that can translate the operational needs towards the BSG Systems department and works in very close interaction with both BSG Systems and operations.
You will support our operational stakeholders on the use of:

• The productivity follow up in Promesys itself
• The available Promesys Qlik View reports
• The Input App
• The Vizualization App

in order to enhance the efficiency of these existing operational tools by use of trainings.
You will work in Kallo (Antwerpen) but are prepared for short assignments abroad. You will become a part of the Promesys team which consists of 3 FTE in Belgium and 3 FTE in Macedonia.

• Able to translate and prioritize the needs of our operational stakeholders to the development team
• IT minded
• Pronounced analytical skills
• Comfortable in giving demo’s/presentations to a small group of people
• Hands-on mentality and solution driven
• Strong communicator, who likes to work on different projects with different stakeholders
• Knowledge of MS Office at an experienced level
• Speak/write Dutch, English and French
