What are we looking for?
As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for the organization and follow up of the logistic flow (transporting and compound services) of purchased and sold cars, to guarantee high quality transport at the right price and within the agreed time. You will also be responsible for the correct and timely management of all logistics related administration and invoicing. Your contribution in this role can be a game changer. We need someone that is a real problem solver.
Requirements
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the whole logistic flow , including the inbound & outbound transportation, storage and handling of cars for OPENLANE.
• Ensure and maintain high quality standards and operational excellence
• CMR management (follow up on missing CMR’s with our Logistic partners)
• Invoice management (check and approve logistic related invoices)
• Reports hierarchically to the EU Logistics Manager

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A true teamplayer and fast learner
• Fluent English (both written and spoken). Any other European language skills is a plus
• Result-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
