Manual Tester with 8 to 9 years' experience is needed for a 12 month project in Belgium. The Manual Tester must be a European national and be able to be EU Security cleared - Secret. This means that you are a National of any of the European Union Countries, and will pay the Manual Tester €300 to €320 a day all inclusive.
NB The proposed candidate must be security clearable (EU-27 security clearance)
Role

• Definition of test plans and test cases (also for test automation, to be provided to the dedicated test automation colleagues).
• Construction of test scenarios and scripts.
• Execution of manual tests.
• Test coordination.
• Reporting of test results.

Knowledges and skills

• At least 5 years of specific expertise in IS testing
• Knowledge of testing technologies, tools and techniques.
• Hands-on experience in the manual Testing.
• Knowledge of a Test Management Tool (eg Zephyr).
• Knowledge of a Defect Tracking tool (eg Jira).
• Experience testing in complex systems with several interconnected applications.
• Experience in the test data preparation, also with SQL databases.
• Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
• Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;
• Excellent Team Player
• High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained in EMPL, A4 contain personal and confidential data
