LYNX is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our growing team. The QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role is critical to our mission of providing exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement in our processes and products.
You'll be located in one of our cross-functional development/analysis teams. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing quality standards for products and processes, planning and prioritizing test areas, as well as approving the majority of work being deployed.
Here's what we're looking for:

• 2+ years experience in software quality assurance
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  
• Proficient in written and spoken English
  
• Familiarity with bug-tracking systems and test management tools.
  
• Experience using automated testing tools
  
• Experience in performance testing is nice to have
