A day in the life of…
As Coordinator of Marketing Digital Media, your role will be to carry out all marketing projects and generate the necessary actions resulting in revenue growth within the business and support the delivery of the commercial strategy. The role will consist of tasks in the following areas:
Social Media
- Professional photography of products, events and company activities.
- Creating, editing and editing videos that match our brand identity.
- Developing original and creative social media content
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and implement content strategies.
- plans and organizes various promotional activities.
- ensures the implementation of publicity and printing: leaflets, posters, photo shoots, etc. using the guidelines and templates for all hotels.
- announces activities in the media; follows up on publication
- conducts market research and telemarketing
- discusses quotations, discounts, new items, price agreements; reports this to the person responsible
- collects data about target groups;
- Analyze and evaluate the success of our marketing activity
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
- Diploma in marketing or communication with minimum 2 years of experience in professional photography and video editing.
- Excellent skills in photo and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience creating content for various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube).
- Strong eye for detail and a creative mind.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and proactive in taking initiative. Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation.
- Professional and service-oriented attitude
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French, spoken and written
- Flexibility in position working hours
