Position Overview:
Cefaly Technology, an innovative leader in medical devices for migraine and headache treatment, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage all marketing efforts. This position will be responsible for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Over-the-Counter (OTC) marketing strategies, as well as driving growth and success in international distribution channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical device industry, a proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, and fluency in English. This role requires a hands-on, strategic marketer who can work cross-functionally to meet the company's growth and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
DTC/OTC Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Over the Counter (OTC) channels to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead creative marketing initiatives that align with Cefaly's brand positioning and target audience, ensuring effective communication of product benefits and value.
- Manage and analyze marketing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and product development to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for international distributor growth and performance improvement.
- Build and nurture relationships with distributors in key global markets, ensuring they are supported with the necessary marketing materials, training, and product knowledge to succeed.
- Conduct regular market research to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscape, and consumer trends in international markets.
- Collaborate with international distributors to create and localize marketing campaigns that resonate with local consumers and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the CEO, sales, and product development teams to align marketing strategies with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Partner with regulatory, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all marketing efforts are in line with medical device regulations in relevant markets.
- Lead the preparation for the launch of new products, developing go-to-market strategies and managing product positioning and messaging.
- Manage external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure the highest quality of marketing outputs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing DTC/OTC marketing strategies in international markets.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency (e.g., French, Dutch) is a plus.
- Experience working with international distributors and driving growth through distribution channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changes and managing multiple priorities.
