Job Summary
For this position we only accept applications form candidates legally eligible to work in, and permanently residing in Austria.
Job Responsibilities
- Market & Product Expertise: Stay up to date with our product portfolio, industry trends, and market drivers to provide expert support to the Austrian sales team.
- Sales Support: Create impactful sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and training resources to help the sales team effectively communicate product benefits.
- Technical & Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, product managers) to align marketing initiatives with business goals and drive product success in the Austrian market.
- Market Analysis & Positioning: Continuously monitor market trends and competitive activities, leveraging data to identify opportunities, refine marketing strategies, adjust pricing when necessary, provide input relevant to forecasting .
- Marketing Plans: Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with the European strategic objectives. This includes sales projections, market research, and budgeting for the Austrian market.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers through field visits, training sessions, and product demonstrations to ensure strong market engagement and feedback.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate product launches, congresses, workshops, and other promotional events to elevate the Terumo brand and support sales efforts.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, market share, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates and data-driven insights to senior management.

Profile Description
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical, Paramedical, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, with a proven background in healthcare or medical devices. Experience in interventional cardiology or radiology is a strong advantage.
- Sales & Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends. Ability to effectively implement these techniques to drive business results.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work as part of a European-wide team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Independent & Proactive: A flexible team player who can also work independently, with strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality when required.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines with a positive and proactive attitude.

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 70%, including customer visits, congresses, and national/international events.
