Acros Organics BV is seeking a Repack Operator to join our exceptional team in Geel, Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for weighing, repackaging, and labeling liquids and powders according to customer requirements. You will strictly adhere to safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards to ensure the highest level of performance. Your attention to detail and dedication to reducing waste will contribute to our environmentally conscious practices.

A day in the Life:

• Safely perform repackaging tasks with adherence to quality requirements
• Minimize waste production and use cleaning agents responsibly
• Follow waste treatment procedures and suggest initiatives to minimize environmental impact

Keys to Success:
Education:

• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a high school diploma.

Experience:

• Previous experience in repackaging or manufacturing is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Capacity to adhere to guidelines and operate autonomously
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

• Willing to work in a shift system (early - late)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
